DatesForSure.com (The "Site", "Website", "Company", "Us", "We", "Our", "Service") provides a service, owned and operated by Ethan Marketing, LLC, at address PO Box 3382, Clearwater, FL 33767 (the "Company"). DatesForSure and Ethan Marketing, LLC should be considered the same entity for the purpose of this memorandum. This document is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and the Company, please read the Agreement carefully before registering for our services. By completing your registration and clicking on the "I Agree" button below, you will become a registered member of the service (a "Registered Member") and you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Registered Member. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE. Ethan Marketing, LLC preserves the right to modify the agreement and the Terms are subject to change by the Company at any time: effective upon posting updated Terms on our website; any use of the Service after such notice will constitute acceptance by you the member.

Furthermore you will not make any motion to promote the physical harm or harassment of another person, engage in or promote email spamming, provide information that you know is immoral, illegal, false or misleading, or designed to exploit those under 18 or otherwise provide instructional information about illegal activities such as issues regarding purchasing mail order brides, contraband, violating someone else's right to privacy or providing or creating computer viruses. This Website is designed to be of integrity and any unacceptable activity described herein will be cause for dismissal and possible punitive action via all applicable international law. You agree that DatesForSure.com, any and all its employees, subsidiaries, or otherwise related entities are not responsible in any way, shape or form for any harm, injury, financial loss, or other negative consequence that may result, directly or indirectly, from your usage of DatesForSure.com, and the specified parties may not be held liable, accountable, or responsible for any of the specified conditions.

(c) You will not contact any of our members for use other than terms specified here. No members may be solicited for other purposes. You will use the Website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including,but not limited to, United States export control laws. You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country which the United States has (i) embargoed goods, (ii) identified as a "Specially Designated National", or (iii) placed on the Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. Membership in, and use of, the Service is void where prohibited. Due to some state and local regulations, this Site may not be available, or may have restricted limited use. We are not liable for editorial, pictorial, or other misuse or errors in communications. You accept responsibility for your use of this Website according to the rules and regulations of the appropriate country and or state of residence and access of this Site.

Upon reaching Paid Membership, certain personal information may be made available to, or will otherwise be accessible by, other Registered Members. You give permission to do so.

(g) You will only create one unique profile with the Site.

(h) You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Registered Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters, Spam or junk E-mail to the Company or other Registered Members.

(i) You will not post, copy, modify, transmit, show in public or private, create any derivative works from, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, photography, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner and Company.

(j) You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Registered Members. You agree to take normal precautions when meeting individuals through the Service.

(k) You understand that the Company makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the Service.

(l) You will promptly report to the Company any violation of the Terms of this Agreement by other Registered Members. Unscrupulous activity will not be tolerated. IF YOU PLAN TO USE THIS SITE FOR ANY UNLAWFUL OR OTHERWISE SIMILAR INTENT, GO AWAY THIS SITE IS NOT FOR YOU.

E-mails sent between you and other Registered Members that are not readily accessible to the general public will be treated as private by the Company.

As stated herein, opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made through the Service, but not directly by the Company, are those of their respective authors, and should be understood as not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. THE COMPANY DOES NOT: (i) GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE, AND (ii) ADOPT, ENDORSE NOR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT MADE BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE COMPANY. INCLUDING LINKS TO AND FROM THE SITE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE COMPANY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICE, OR TRANSMITTED TO OR BY ANY REGISTERED USERS.

It also may be possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCESWILL THE COMPANY ACCEPT LIABILITY, IN ANY FORM OR ACTION WHATSOEVER.

(b) The Company does not perform screening of individuals registering for the Service, the Company makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of such individuals or their compatibility with any current or future Registered Members. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER REGISTERED MEMBERS OF THIS SERVICE OR PERSONS INTRODUCED TO YOU BY THIS SERVICE.

7. Indemnity by Registered User. You will indemnify and hold harmless the Company and employees, officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

8. To resolve a dispute or make a complaint regarding the Service or other Registered Member activity, you should first contact the Company by clicking on the "Help" button or via email to customerservice@DatesForSure.com. Your correspondence will promptly be returned.

9. Termination. Either you or the Company may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. The Company reserves the right to suspend and or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if the Company's believes you have violated any Section of this Agreement by you which is reported to our attention. You will be banned for any inappropriate activity or perceived inappropriate activity. In the event your access to the Service is suspended due to the breach of this Agreement, you agree that all fees then paid to the Company by you shall be nonrefundable. Following any termination, the Company reserves the right to send a notice that you have been terminated to other Registered Members with whom you have corresponded or contacted in anyway.

10. General Provisions.

This Agreement, accepted upon registration for the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of this Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement.
